Eurovision could be coming to Birmingham as UK Confirmed as next year's Hosts
The competition is now on for UK cities to bid for the opportunity to host the Contest

As readers will know, Counter Cut launched a petition to bring Eurovision to the West Midlands (Bring EUROVISION 2023 to WEST MIDLANDS!). Soon afterwards, local MPs, the Metro Mayor and Birmingham City Council joined the calls to make this a reality, with Birmingham as the host city.
It has now been confirmed that Eurovision 2023 will be held in the UK, in honour of Ukraine, who are sadly unable to host the contest, given the ongoing conflict with Russia.
